A small hotel with a beatiful and peaceful garden and terrace. His owner, Juan, made us feel at home, and had the best attentions with us. The food was really good, fresh and abundant, and the rooms fresh and clean. Would definitively recommend this place.
Hotel Spa Casona La Hondonada features a spa, restaurant and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Set in a 17th century Cantabrian house in Terán de Cabuérniga, it is located within a nature reserve....

Stayed here on Camino Lebaniego walk. Kind owners offered a generous meal even as late as 5pm - great for walkers who arrive between Spain's lunch and dinner times. Room had older charm, but clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast available at their restaurant with option to buy sandwiches for the road.
We are extremely grateful for their nice accomodation after the place where we had planned to stay was closed with no notice.
This hotel is set in the heart of the Saja-Nansa Nature Reserve. Surrounded by pretty gardens in the Cabuérniga Valley, it offers a luxurious spa, and outdoor pool.
This hotel, beside San Vicente de la Barquera Port, offers stunning views over the Old Town and estuary. There is a terrace bar, and all heated rooms have private bathrooms.

For a small fee we upgraded to an amazing room, our favorite of approximately 20 hotels in Spain. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained
and a good breakfast. Close to groceries and restaurants.
