We was visiting for a show at resorts world. It was very easy to get to. We used the monorail in the airport to get to and from resorts world. The hotel is clean and nice. Bathroom was brilliant, absolutely loved the shower.

It was handy for our visit to family on that side of Birmingham. Nice modern hotel with accessible bathroom for my husband who has mobility problems. I liked the Nespresso machine in our room!!

From the moment I made the booking the hall staff were great. I asked for a ground floor room for my parents who struggle with stairs. Both rooms were ground floor and great. We had a concert on the night of our stay the hotel arranged an early meal with the chef so that we didn't have to rush. Everything from the room, to the pool and the food was excellent. Staff were all friendly and very accommodating. Loved this hotel- can't wait to return.
