The staff were very helpful from our arrival and until we left.
As we had to book out in the morning and our cruise was not until the late afternoon, they kept our luggage for us to pick up later.
We also found that we had a free upgrade to our room on our arrival, with sea views.
The breakfast was good and the restaurant was clean.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again the next time we go to Southampton.
