I love everything, their Victorian vibes and style. The peaceful and nature surroundings. Their swimming pool and their meals. We love their dishes. 😃 This is our second time booking and we will still book more in the future.
I'm also pleased that they surprised me with Birthday cake and balloons in my room. We keep the Elephant towel style from day 1 until we check out.

I like the location and it’s a very pretty looking building main reason why I booked it was the bathtub to find out when I got to the room was not the same room that I booked. very disappointed indeed

Kingston is a wonderful area in U K. It is very colorful and vibrant, with many amenities, with mixture of diferent cultures from all over the world giving the city its metropolitan touch. It is definitely a place where I would like to live myself.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

The location was easy to fund.
The location was easy to fund. I stayed to attend a concert at twickenham stadium.. I was told by the owner that I could get a bus to twickenham from outside the hotel. The family who owned it were lovely. I would stay here again for sure

Breakfast was fab and very filling. All staff friendly and chatty. Room was comfortable. It is a short walk to New Malden train station to access Central and the 131 bus runs outside to get into Kingston. No it's not five star with extortionate London prices. Yes it is basic but I don't go to London to sit in a hotel and admire the wallpaper. Both myself and other half will be returning, on our next trip South. Thank you St George's Lodge.
Potential for being great hotel is there. Location is very convenient for Surbiton station and access to Kingston. Lack of hygiene in bathroom, long black hairs in the bath and toilet, I am bald so these clearly weren’t mine. WiFi didn’t work and staff were not interested in fixing it. Fluff balls and leaves in reception area. Only a cold buffet breakfast. I thought manager was a fellow guest at breakfast until he checked me out.
Excellent location for Kingston Upon Thames and other local attractions.
Quiet comfy room of a reasonable size for two with bags, plush bed and useful facilities in room inc. a safe and good coffee making equipment.
Lovely big soft bathroom towels.
On-site parking a bonus.
Lovely and plentiful cooked breakfast available each morning.
It's located in the centre of Kingston. Close to the Bentalls shopping centre. Shops , bus station ( bus to Hampton Court - 411 and 111) . And the train station - handy for London Waterloo. The Thames was a short walk away. The apartment was lovely. I highly recommend it. The host , Michael, was very welcolming.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now for work, the staff are really friendly, love that they give you water, beer and prosecco in the room. Its little touches like this that make you come back. Oh and the eggs benedict is one of the best i have had.
Although we were on the top floor, the lovely gentleman helped with our baggage. Being close to parks for afternoon walks, close to Kingston Upon Thames and Hampton Court Palace. Staff were ver helpful and our beds were super comfortable.
Good hotel with clean room. Great shower, I never managed to work out the flash coffee machine in the room. The breakfast look good for meat eaters, and a bit bland for veggies. It was ok, toast and croissants, grapes.
The staff were truly exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great as good as any top hotel I've stayed in. Not the biggest rooms or en suites but I would highly recommend this hotel as value for money.
I was later to the hotel than expected but they were very good and kept my room and checked with me via text that everything was ok. The hotel was well priced, clean and convenient for a quick stop off.
The hotel is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Everywhere was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!
