In the morning of Saturday the had some refurbishment a room above us as well as someone with machine was working in the garden.
I think people they are coming to hotel to have some peace with the noises the machine was making and refurbishment in the hotel this was impossible
Village Hotel Solihull is a sleek and stylish hotel with a contemporary black box design. It offers uber-chic accommodation, free WiFi throughout, and a choice of dining options.

The quality of the room, food, and breakfast did not meet the expectations set by the price paid. The staff seemed unengaged, often preoccupied with their mobile phones. The room itself was small and not clean, with a bathroom ceiling that looked as if it had been wiped with a soiled cloth. The toilet seat was broken, and the room lacked sufficient amenities such as coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. Additionally, the steam iron was defective, causing my clothes to become wet before an event that evening. Despite the room costing over £100, breakfast required an additional fee and was both limited and below standard. I am resolved not to stay at this hotel again and intend to inform my colleagues about my experience.
Set in 6 acres of attractive and tranquil grounds, the family-run Limes Country Lodge Hotel is a short drive from Junction 3 of the M42 motorway.

Really rural peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff, food was fantastic. Will definitely visit again on a personal visit rather than business. Thank you

Nice room, good shower, really nice bar and menu. Had football on tv and a live band. Exceeded expectations given it was not expensive at all. Excellent value and I will stay there again.
The Stables at Deer Park Farm in Solihull offer well-equipped chalets overlooking the farm’s paddocks. This accommodation in a converted stable block features luxurious furnishings and free Wi-Fi.

We received a free upgrade on our room which was nice of the owners. It's always a lovely stay here. So relaxing and a great escape when you have a night free from the children. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Check in details are sent to you prior to arrival and are trouble free. I will always use Deer Park Farm when I get the opportunity
Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do. The local National Institute (Baddesley Clinton) has 2 places to visit in a short driving distance with plenty of walking around the properties. There are restaurants within walking and short driving distances as well as grocery stores.

Didn't really see the place.
Didn't really see the place. We were there for an exhibition nearby. There are planty of good restuarants nearby. Just as well because the Regency Hotel restuarant was expensive and not very good.

Solihull is one of the better areas of the West Midlands and offers a pleasant stay and local amenities. Parking in central Birmingham is not easy but a local bus (Route 6) stops right outside the hotel and runs 8 times an hour weekdays, 6 on Saturday's and 4 on Sunday's. In the other direction this runs through to Solihull.
This city of Birmingham has lots to see and plenty of shops including the Bull Ring for those looking for a bit of retail therapy.

Charged more money than when we booked through booking.com paid for 3 rooms and all on different floors. Said we had to pay extra for breakfast and charged us £155 a family room which wasn’t a family room no child bed was made up. Room full of marks on walls and ceiling. Ask to speak to manager and no manager was working on Saturday ! Really disappointed with village hotels we expected it to be as good as the Elstree one couldn’t be so different.

Solihull is a nice place but I would advise anyone going with a party of 3, booking for 3 ADULTS and expecting 2 bedrooms should ring up and check to make sure it's for 3 adults and 2 bedrooms.
The apartment was clean and modern. The entrances are clean, welcoming and secure. There is plenty of parking on site.
The apartment block is in a good location, within walking distance of Solihull town centre. Our host Charlie Grieves, sent us details of how to get into the apartment, the number of our parking space and how to operate the heating, the day before we arrived.
The beds are comfy and the rooms are really clean and large, even the cheapest double which is what we booked. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and supported us no matter what. Hotel car parking was included and the proximity to the Touchwood is literally across the road. The breakfast was fabulous and only £12pp. Loved being on the 3rd floor.
Can't believe the price for what you get. Would much prefer this property over the hotels. It was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely coffee station! I only spent a short time in the room as was using it as a base whilst attending a concert but wish I stayed longer! Will definitely be using this property again if I'm in the area.
The room felt new and modern - I particularly like that they have usb sockets which make charging so much easier. They are having a bit of work on the hotel exterior now but we cannot hear any noises from our room. We like that breakfast included hot food that you can order and parking is free : )
Always I’m happy to stay here 😊is lovely hotel amazing spa 👌reception staff really helpful also from
Grill pub excellent people really friendly😊 atmosphere is always in village hotel fantastic reason we always back here 😀
Room are fair size but not clean as expected. Location is good. restaurants and supermarkets are on walking distance. Free parking available which is good. Other hotels near by are cheaper and very clean e.g Village hotel.
We had a short break taking in the Sea life centre, Warwick Castle and Dudley Zoo, this was perfectly located without having to stay in Birmingham.
Lovely grounds to the hotel, close to the motorway and parking is free.
Really lovely little flat, very clean and well presented with everything we would need (including washing machine and kitchen utensils) located near enough to walk into Solihull or drive to Birmingham International.
Cheaper room than the budget hotel chains in Solihull and pretty much the same level of room and hotel. Breakfast was included in our room price and was abundant although hashbrowns were burnt. Friendly staff.
Location perfect, just a few miles away from the M42, many food outlets just across the road.
Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfast we've had. Partially made up for a bad nights sleep.
So much space and really comfy beds. Staying with a work colleague so 2 bathrooms was great. 20 minute walk into Solihull centre. Parking space was a bonus rather than parking on the street.
The receptionist was lovely and bubbly and very helpful. We had the dog with us and she changed our room for a great ground floor room with doors out onto a lawned area.
Tea and scones were amazing. We were there for a wedding and that all seemed to go amazingly well - great food. A lovely small hotel with beautiful grounds.
