Everything was excellent, but most of the comments were about the room cleaning department. They did not come for more than a day, despite our repeated requests, and their cleaning was not of good quality. This was a major point to give a low rating. However, there is a worker at the reception named Ezz El-Din. I have never seen anyone like him in terms of his speed in understanding the problem and solving it. He was always checking on my situation and my parent's situation. This person is one of the best workers in the hotel sector. Thank you. There is also a person with a beard and wearing glasses. I do not know his name, but he was very kind in helping us with breakfast and reserving tables. Thank you also
