Gave me the room at 12.40pm in 2nd floor. No lift. Bed was all bubbles. At the lunch, the in charge told us to have food outside or in the lawns because they have a party and restaurant is only for them. Such an Irresponsible reply. And next day they have a party in the lawns with DJ sound playing in the afternoon and continued till 9.45 in the night. Waste of money.

Only 2-3 place to see, very nice restaurants where you get south and north indian dishes esp Coonoor Junction was superb. Better to take your own Car to move around. Not to venture out at night time since there are no street lights.

Coonoor is an ideal place for an weekend trip from Coimbatore. Not much for sigh seeing, its more suitable for idle and relaxed weekend. Choose some good resort and chill.
Try toy train for either coming to going out of Coonoor. It's worth it.
Go for Ooty, after Coonoor if you have longer vacation.
The property is located a just little away from the hustle bustle of the town yet very close to the main center. The owner of the property, Mr. Gerald, is a warm and friendly person who has immense knowledge of the place and helped us in planning some part of the tour. He also accompanied us for sightseeing and took us to off beat places which are generally not frequented by regular tourists. He has made our two days trip to Coonoor memorable and we will visit again sooner that later.
Camellia Heights is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
Owner behaviour was good enough from checking to checkout.
He helped for booking auto/cab for local commute.
Two lady care taker are there who takes care of home made food at reasonable cost if guest asks for. They prepares and serves hot at dining 🍽 area of the cottage.
Location is awesome. At top of hill..and environment was very calm, soothing.
For relaxing one or two days with friends or family at coonoor this property is recommended at budget cost.
All areas of the hotel we used were very nice from the reception, dining room to the large bedroom. We arrived late but still managed to get a meal. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding on my part we were only at the hotel for about 8 hours (arriving at 9pm and leaving at 5am) but the management organised a taxi at short notice. Would have liked to stay longer as the gardens looked lovely.
Only 2 persons were managing this whole villa. They cooked breakfast Lunch dinner by themselves. All the 3 were very tasty. I will recommend everyone going to Ooty or Coonoor to stay here. Their behaviour was so gentle. Never spoke any unwanted things. Never been in a such a phenomenal home stay. Me and my entire family enjoyed the stay. Thank you for a memorable stay.
One of the best places we've stayed. We loved the way they have made the rooms, it's very pleasing. The view is just outstanding. We had a lovely time and the host is very helpful. Tasty food, amazing homemade cookies and tea. In the evening they did a bonfire, well taken care of I'd say. Will definitely visit this place again whenever we are in coonoor.
Beautiful location, big room with balcony, very kind & courteous manager Mr Deena, very kind courteous reception staff Mr Prabhu & Rizwaan , very kind & courteous Mahesh who brought my coffee and food on time and lastly Arun was very kind & respectful. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of central location & staff.
The privacy of the villa is good and its very scenic & calming. Vikash food service provides great home cooked meal and the
best barbeque. Very friendly also. The caretaker was good too and helpful. Since there are no resturants/ cafes around they have a full fleged working kitchen with all the basic amenities.
Two artists running a hostel, what is there not to like? Liked the colors in the hostel: so vibrant and lively!
Wifi is pretty good for workation but mobile network is an issue here.
The best thing about the property is 'Maya', the doggo. I spent most of my time playing with her, what else do you need :-)
Liked the host Alok. He checked in with us with food preference and made sure that we had everything we needed in our room. The place has great views of Coonoor. His dog Juniper also gave a warm welcome . Only the road to the place is a bit challenging to access from main road.
Slightly away from town, so calm. Conventional and conservative hotel. Clean room. Hot water. Sincere staff. Hv a nice multicuisine restaurant. They have an awesome veg restaurant maha laxmi somthing 5 minutes walk from hotel. Lot of autos.

It’s in a very nice location and best suited for a relaxed stay. The hosts are very attentive to the needs of the guests and provide the best service ,with a smile. Had the best pakoras and tea there :)
