The room is large and clean with lake view. There are public parking spaces near the hotel after the tourist office closed. Staff are warm and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The location is perfect for people with their own transportation.

The apartment was quaint and perfect for 2 people. It was close to the bus stops and within walking distance of Villa del Balbianello. The patio was nice and the views were pretty. Hosts were so kind and showed us places nearby to explore.

Very nice and informative host which speaks English really well and gave us some great recommendations about the area.
The apartment is super clean and comfortable.
Sweet private green garden and a shared pool (which was always empty so felt like private) in a very relaxing environment 😌

It was a great location to explore other parts of the lake...
It was a great location to explore other parts of the lake via regular boats - not as busy as other places, which was perfect for us, except when visiting day trips arrive to see Villa Balbianello - definitely worth the visit, it’s not open on Monday and Wednesdays. As is Villa Carlotta….a 10 min boat ride away. Lenno also has great restaurants, good mix of local cuisine, and varying prices depending on your budget. The Geenway is a lovely walk to do, hilly in parts but not too bad if you take it slow, takes you through some beautiful places to stop and rest/take pictures. We traveled around a lot of the lake and Lenno was our favourite - definitely recommend a short stay or use as a base to see other places…..no need for a car, the boats or busses are easier to get around, streets are narrow and not many parking spaces.LizUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site serves excellent food (however menu is a bit restricted). Easy Walking distance around Lenno and perfect location to catch the regular ferries to visit other parts of the Lake

Lenno has a lovely square, one can access a small "beach" if one fancies a swim. supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. several cafes and restaurants....be wary of the price of wine in one or two of the hotels!!!

Great location to visit Lake Como.
Great location to visit Lake Como. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as grocery store and the ferry to get to other parts of Lake Como. We walked around Lenno and only drove to get there. We walked to Vila del Balbianello, which was very close and extremely worth seeing! We walked along the Lake front to find wonderful restaurants and the ferry was very close as well!Larsen - 10Scored 10
Lenno is a small town on Lake Como.
Lenno is a small town on Lake Como. It does not offer much, but it is peaceful and very well kept. It offers 3 or 4 hotels and a few restaurants, two of which (Plinio and Lago) are of a very high standard. I think that it is the ideal place to stay when visiting the area. You have easy access to the more famous towns of the area, but you can spend the evenings in peace, enjoying very good food and drinks, served by nice people everywhere we have been. I was impressed by the high standard of all public areas of the small town, but also of the gardens of the grand villas along the promenade.

Lenno is a great location for exploring Lake Como, it has a good boat service to the other main towns on the Lake and there is the Trombetta Express train which you can take to travel to Menaggio if you prefer. Lenno is on the Greenway route so you can explore on foot if you prefer. There is a local market on a Tuesday and there are plenty of locations from which you can swim in the lake in the surrounding area. You don't need a car to stay in Lenno - you can explore by bus, boat or on foot.

It is located near the lake in Lenno with many beautiful old buildings and gardens nearby. It is also close to some great restaurants, walks and the Villa Valbianello. Driving a full sized vehicle is no problem for this place to park at. You have your own stall in a gated garage. Our favorite local restaurant, "IL Cris" (we highly recommend eating here, but make reservations) was literally a 3 minute drive or a 10 - 15 min walk. Our host was very helpful with gaining access. Beautiful mountain views with the lake from the patio.

The service is excellent, the location is superb, the restaurant is magnificent. There is parking on site. We really felt like we hit the jackpot with this hotel.Lenno is a beautiful little slice of Como, not packed with tourists. The hotel is directly across from the ferry that can take you all over the lake. The staff was very helpful, and very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone we know!

The building is old but had a charm to it. They also have a restaurant downstairs facing the lake. The breakfast had a small buffet counter and they also had some tasty Croissants and coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Also it is 3-4 minutes walk from the Lenno Ferry, If you are traveling via a ferry from Como or Bellagio, the property is easily accessible.

Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable beds, well equipped throughout. The location is perfect, an easy walk from a couple of good supermarkets and bars or to the restaurants and ferry port on Lenno lake front. Ingrid and her sister are charming and so helpful, responding to queries immediately. Finally...the view...wow! Many an hour just sitting soaking up that vista, bliss!
