We had a late flight, which additionally was delayed - the owner waited for us (around midnight) to have a check in; very good communication with the owner, perfect location, no private parking, but no problem to park a car on free public parking spaces in the town in a short walking distance; clean and spacious room

It is family run business, which really let you feel at home. We stayed 3 nights. The app we booked was detached of the main building and it was way bigger than expected, it was very clean and has huge fridge. As well as a terras with a lot of privacy. Food was great as well! We wanted an authentic Tuscan experience and we got it! The views are great, one can see the hills from the pool area, take a walk in the olive garden, it was quiet and most relaxing. We were only in transit, but I would recommend for families or group of friends, it's a great place to disconnect from the daily agitation. It's 30-40 min driving to Arezzo or Montepulciano. Parking on site.
