The property is very nice and clean how is described I like it ,I definitely recommend if any one travels you can book this property. Nothing at all, the pictures posted on the site are not a true likeness of the place, we left the place the following day as we were unable to sleep in the bed provided. The beding was badly stained, it was disgusting and Booking.com have totally refused to reimburse use even though I provided pictures of this. The locals have informed me that these rooms are used for couples enjoying them selfves ?? I am sure you will know what I am saying. The breakfast provided is at a local cafe in the piazza about a 10mins walk away from the room provided. The TV was broken a few days earlier by the guest that had booked the room. The owner had messaged us 10pm the day before to inform me of this and gave us the option to cancel, I reported this to booking.com and it was then made available the following morning.. this was a total disaster and a rip off. We had to find a local Hotel called Villa Masseria Marini lovely Hotel and they looked after us very well, at a further cost of €780 €uros. What ever you do is think before you book through Booking.com

The hotel was within walking distance of the railway station and busstop, plus only a few hundred metres from the entrance of the Pompei ruins. The bus took us to the entrance of the Vesuvius, ideal for our destination, the walk to the top. (no toilets there, so go at the station/bus stop)

Our stay at Hotel Maiuri was very pleasant. The room was lovely and clean. We booked a taxi to the ruins as we had a tour booked. The hotel manager drove us and showed us all the hi lights of Pompeii which was very kind. The ruins were amazing by the way. There was a restaurant opposite which served great food for dinner.

The Imperiale offers a garden with swimming pool, elegant rooms with balcony or terrace but not with pool view and free Wi-Fi. Free outdoor parking is available and the garage is available for a fee.
