Everything was great. We asked if we could get a ground floor room due to my wife having difficulty with stairs, this was organised for us. On arrival we were two hours early but were allowed to check in early once the room was cleaned. On seeing the views from a first floor room we asked if there was any possibility of changing room this was also allowed.
Other than a fantastic view the room was large, clean and very well equipped with self catering facilities. The bed was also very comfortable.
Fiesta Inn in the coastal city of Chetumal is only 800 metres from the bay and offers an on-site fitness centre. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and Wi-Fi.
