We love the quietness and peacefulness of the area, we love the view of Mt. Kinabalu. Water pressure, water heater works very well. We enjoyed the garden and its amenities, my kids love the rabbits. Kitchen is complete with stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, utensils, cutleries and plates. Soap and shampoo is provided. Fresh towel and bed linen provided upon check in. TV works well with limited chanel. Basic dining and living area. Security is VERY GOOD, we do not have to worry about our car as it is parked in a gated area and locked every night. Owner is there 24/7, so we feel safe.

First and foremost it must be said that the hotel owners are incredibly warm-hearted people. We were greeted extremely kindly and everything was explained to us thoroughly, with all our questions addressed. They even organized a tour for us and communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly. The rooms are spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The bed was very comfortable and the Wi-Fi works very well throughout the entire house. The bathroom is spacious enough and there is hot water for showering. However, it did get a bit chilly in the rooms in the evenings. The ladies in the kitchen went out of their way to cook vegetarian dishes for us, which is not always easy in this part of the world. They prepared something new for us every day and the chefs were very creative which was truly great.

I really like the house. Very cosy. I felt like home. The facilities are super nice. Never been to a homestay that provides all utilities in the kitchen. No need to bring your own kitchenware. Also the bathroom is huge.
