It is the same row as guardian (big one), coffee place and bakery is just next to the hotel, groceries place behind the building (walking distance), Mayfair clinic (just in case of u feel unwell, the doc here is good), 24 hour mamak place, self service dobi, i think i saw pharmacy too in the area - different block (walking distance), infront of the hotel got bobba place, another coffee place, secret recipe. U are covered basically here if you need anything. Staff is very helpful as well.
If you are a traveller with a lot of luggage, the room can be a bit small for you. If not, it is just nice. Toilet is superb! Clean and spacious, modern design also. They provide android TV, u can watch netflix/prime.
