Really great hotel, in a very handy location. Quirky but extremely well appointed and comfortable. Didnt get a chance to dine at the restaurant but it looked great also and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The biscuits to accompany a coffee were appreciated.

Absolutely beautiful, we arrived fairly early in the evening, so we got to watch the sun from one of the penthouse suites and it was absolutely worth it, we stayed 2 nights in total.
Exceptional service from Salt bar downstairs, including room service.
The spa was really nice to relax in after a day of walking as everything is within walking distance which was great! The shower head having 2 different massage options was another good way to end the day.
Beautiful food, beautiful views.

No outdoor lights at all ( Deck area ) Blinds need to be lifted and cleaned. Mould on blinds and all window channels. Hole in wall / door sash at deck door. Dust on all ledges. Very noisy from pool. On first night lots of kids in pool, sound proofing non apparent. TV was not setup properly? I spent an hour on google trying to work out how to get rid of teletxt/subtitles. Gave up. No decent compendium. In fact there wasnt one at all. When I went to reception to see if they had a sapre I was given a 1 page (dbl sided) laminated sheet. I would suggest that a huge help for you would be to have a nice book/folder that shows local options and services. People read these and make choices from same.
