We luved Eugenia at Restaurant Convivio, the fresh foods market and incredible range at Lidl supermarket. Small town in an ideal location to explore the beaches and coastline of western algarve. Not too overrun by tourists like places like Sagres, still feels like a charming Portugese small town. Has large supermarkets too and a market for convenience. Vila Do Bispo is a nice place to stay for a few days and a great base for touring the local beaches. The only downside to our stay was that it was very quiet during the day and evenings when we went with very few restaurants or bars to grab a quick drink. We ate at Eira Do Mel which was very tasty and if you like vegetarian food, try Pisco.MelowersUnited Kingdom

Our room in the top floor was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Breakfast was individually prepared for every room. Parking space was always available on the street. The location is optimal for both going swimming to the beaches at the south coast and visiting the much more impressive west coast. Upon that the region around Vila do Bispo is less touristic and more authentic than for example around Albufeira. I would definitely come again!

We liked especially the modern architecture of the building and that everything is very new and clean. Our accommodation was great as a couple. If you like to surf in the area this place is also very recommended. You can also find lovely restaurants nearby. Don't forget to have a rental car if you want to go there. You also have a parking spot on the area which is gated.

Sagres is only 10 min away. I Will Come back for sure.
