Location perfect. Very friendly staff (M. Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Beautiful hotel. Loved the rooftop patios and the balconies on both sides of my room. Great views and so close to all the sites. The staff were very warm, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I didn’t get chance to use the pool and sauna but they looked great and the water was warm.

Gorgeous,charming small boutique hotel in historical building. Quiet. Many rooms have water views.Comfortable bed,large bathrooms,good wifi. Very gracious staff-consistently -over the 5 days I spent here. Several taxi drivers told me it was the best hotel in town. Front office staff speak English. Restaurant staff were delightful.
