Breakfast was good. The pool facilities are amazing. Sadly, I only got to use them once because I had to leave next morning. Nice to always find bottle of water. Hotel near supermarket and bus stop.

Turkish breakfast is great and more than enough choices. Rooms are relatively small, but big enough. Location is good for business persons. Right between the old center and the industrial areas. No good location for vacationing

Honestly there was nothing to like about this property, for the price we paid and for the declaration that it is a 5 star hotel it is just horrible. The hygiene of this hotel is highly questionable, the towels that were given to us were torn. One day they didn’t even give us bath towels and when I asked for it they said they have run out of bath towels. The bed sheets were old and torn. The shower door handle was broken. They are under staffed and the staff is also not trained in hospitality and wouldn’t clean up after breakfast unless you told them to. If it wasn’t for its proximity to the Fair Grounds, I would have definitely changed the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located to the Tuyap convention centre being a 2 minute walk away. Rooms were clean and spacious and restaurant was excellent. Mr Altin looked after us extremely well & we would defiantly recommend staying.
