Antioch in general was not bad it was just the Comfort Inn and Suites hotel in Antioch, TN that I will neither recommend nor will I ever return to. All of the reviews for 2022 are true. This hotel really needs to step their game up if they expect more travelers and not false advertise. We paid $145 for one night when we should have paid no more than $60 for what felt like a motel instead of a hotel. Other than that, we drove for about less than 20 mins to a breakfast restaurant called Another Broken Egg Cafe and not only was it bustling with happy people but the breakfast was delicious!

People selling drugs in parking lot. We left at 3 am A couple having sex on the steps to uppper part of the rooms to second floor Barking Dogs in upper rooms. I will never stay at any of your motels again. This place should be shut down.

Room and breakfast were good. My daughter's van had 4 windows busted out (as did MANY other cars in the lot). Apparently, this isn't the first time or the only hotel in the area that this has happened to. Do not stay here if you don't want your car damaged. According to the hotel clerk, she called the police and they did not respond.

The proximity of the property to our destination was perfect...
The proximity of the property to our destination was perfect. However, the comfort of the room could be improved. The bed did not meet the standard to which I am accustomed for these properties. Difficult to get the luggage rack into and out of the room. You would think it would be easier with the room being handicapped accessible.

Hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The hotel was also very clean the entire time we stayed.
The breakfast didn't have as many options as we are used to with this hotel chain and wasn't nearly as good as in the past.
Room next to us was smoking in their room and the hotel changed our room at 1 am to help us out. Unfortunately, we received a room smaller than our original room due to it being the middle of the night when we could no longer stand the smell from our first room.
The manager checked us in and was very friendly and pleasant. He was very informative about Hilton Honors and everything the hotel had to offer. The room was extremely clean and nice sized. Everything I expect in a hotel room. Breakfast was better than expected. Everything was fresh and well stocked. I could not be more pleased with our stay.
Where the lobby is closed so never any breakfast but it's a quiet location. Good hospitality, pleasant service. The only thing is the room isn't ready by check in time 3 pm. But other than that I actually stay at this hotel at least 2 or times a month and it is in an area where there is food accessibility.
I didn't like one thing because I booked at the wrong Hampton Inn. I never stayed here but my money was taken and I never received a refund. They took my money for services that were never rendered. They are thieves and will never stay at another Hilton hotel ever again.

I cancelled our reservation without even looking at the room.
Shower had a no pressure, no night stand on both sides of bed. A strip of the wall needed to be painted. Room wasn't the cleanest. Very scary area. Needles found in parking lot. Will never stay again.
The hotel was nice and clean, a great location, just outside of downtown. Save money and still be close, if you have a car. The kids enjoyed the indoor gym as well.
