The hotel charges a $225 incidental fee that has not come off of my card and was a posted transaction. Our first room was covered in dead roaches, hair, and the furniture was disheveled. Our next room had stained sheets, was musty and smelled mildewy, and the shuttle that was advertised for the airport wasn’t running.

The room (a double queen suite) was spacious. Breakfast was very good and they had cookies at the front desk as well. The pool was small, but clean and the fire pit was nice.

The staff was exceptional! The front desk person - a gentleman on 6/7 around 6pm was AWESOME! The bag filled with water, chocolates and chips was so nice. He was helpful and friendly with setting us up with shutttle service in the morning and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Great for families! Kids loved the pool. Very clean. Beds and pillows comfy.
