Everyone greets you with a smile very positive happy energy here unlike any other chain hotels really comfortable beds and nice view from the rooms . Great price for all you get love this place! 2nd stay here just as good as 1st time we will be back again

LENOX is an absolute GEM in the Berkshires...everything about it is wonderful...the quintessential Berkshire perfect town...gorgeous, historical sites, a great library. great and varied restaurants and shopping, Kennedy Park is amazing to walk, run or hike in in the center of town...many amazing shopping opportunities and very sweet and interesting people from all over. This was off season and yet we find that April has enough stores and restaurants open. A beautiful walking town and when we make plans, walking in the woods or at Greylock are amazing. The community is very friendly towards travelers!

A beautiful western Massachusetts town, very walkable, with nice boutiques and galleries. We visited in October, so some restaurants had closed for the season. We, however, were fortunate to have an incredible meal at Firefly Gastropub. It was popping the night we were there! We had seats at the bar and were attended by the amazing bartender who must have been wearing roller skates! I highly recommend a visit to the area.

Great town for wonderful restaurants, super quirky shops (and a Judaica store) and perfect location to October Mount, Monument Mount, Great Barrington, Tanglewood, Edith Wharton home, and all the hikes and running trails you could wish for.

If you go to a concert on a Sunday hardly any restaurants...
If you go to a concert on a Sunday hardly any restaurants are open. If there are any, they don't open until 5 pm which is too late when going to a concert. You need reservations a month or so in advance. No 4 or 5 star hotels. Tanglewood is a wonderful venue to see live music and Canyon Ranch Spa is fabulousAAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0

Everything is broken or out of order and the "breakfast" that they offer is yogurt, cheap muffins and cheap coffee. The beds are cheap and hard, the pillows are cheap and flat, we didn't have a comforter-we had two sheets and some sort of runner across the foot of the bed. The hair dryer and refrigerator were broken. The advertised pool is empty and filthy. Seriously, there are other hotels that are right around this price point, worth the extra few dollars to pick a different place.Blanco

Things like doors and hardware were solid and substantial and elegant. It really made a statement in terms of how the concept of a motel has been reimagined. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Lovely outdoor space as well as indoor common areas. Even though it is on the highway, which makes it necessary to get around by car, the location was very convenient to downtown Lenox.

The apartment has everything you need for a family stay including cable, if you need it, and you can purchase logs for the fireplace from the reception. We were lucky to be accommodated in the building across the main one with the swimming pool; the weather was poor and we used this easy access as much as possible. Be sure to bring all the toiletries and food/ingredients for your stay.

Its located out of town which is what I was looking for but that may not be to everyone's liking. It's just a 5 min drive to Lenox village centre. And close to all the sights in the area - Rockwell museum, Mouument Mtn, Bash Bush waterfalls, Lee, Stockbridge, etc.
