Nice location and wonderful front desk staff. Had issues with the person next to us pounding on the wall so hard it moved my head off of a pillow. The front desk took care of it immediately.

Loved the ambiance, the staff was personable and the optional amenities were wonderful.
The fact that they were so willing to let us check in early was fabulous, because we wanted to paddle board and sight see the first part of the day without carrying around our luggage. This was a game changer for us , because we like to get our time's worth when we visit places.

Very clean. Loved the location since it was not in a crowded spot behind busy gas stations. Also convenient right next to highway exit which had very little traffic at night.
Beautiful clean breakfast area. Very friendly staff. Full size pumps of hand soap, lotion , shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Lobby restroom had tissues, feminine products , spacious, clean.
Very clean pool!!

A lovely town. Plenty of places to eat. Restaurant staffs welcoming & helpful. You should be able to see the town & historical places in & out of town in 3 leisurely days. Layed back vacation! Just what we needed for a short getaway.

I’m a bit partial because I’m from there but, it’s the most laid back city you’ll ever want to visit. Most of the people are nice but, as in every city, you have those that take issue with others. Sad but true anywhere you go. Natchitoches is full of history. Take as many tours as you can and try and get to the tours on Cane River(where I’m actually from), you’ll love it. All sorts of things to do year round. Plan your next trip to Natchitoches and also book your stay at Chateaux St Denis on second street. We enjoyed the tourist part of the downtown area. 4 block of neat shops. Especially the Oldest General Store! I understand the Christmas displays are wonderful to see! Hopefully we can come back and see them.

Great place to visit great cajun food,they have a beatiful river walk downtown with arts and crafts and food ,lots to do,the fast food places are understaffed and the food is slow coming,don.t go to popeyes,or macdonalds,went to popeyes at 4:00 pm had to wait for 15 minutes for chicken,it was terrible and the same with mcdonalds,you are better off going to a good food place and go in and sit and order from a menu,we ate ate 3 of the top food place theere and they were great

The only thing that could have been improved is that the TV's maximum volume was too low for me. When the fan on the air conditioner/heater was on, I struggled to hear what was being said on the TV. My hearing is okay so I simply think the maximum volume was too low.

The town was fabulous. Quaint and historic.
The town was fabulous. Quaint and historic. We sis the Steel Magnolia tour and it was interesting. We stayed for the Festival of Lights and it was fantastic! The shops on Main Street were great, especially the General Store. We will be back to visit!amy

However, they stayed away from us. Mostly near the window and ac unit and in the bathroom. They didn't bother us while we slept, at least not that we noticed anyway. The facility was great though, but the cricket swarms were just unmanageable I suppose as the entire area near I-49 truly was infested.
