It smelled like cigarettes & mold, it was dirty. The comforter was dirty but I brought my own blankets & pillows so I slept on top. I was having a rough day & tired so I just decided to deal with it

The beauty of Richmond, I traveled when it was very green and the forests were in full bloom. The wedding location that I attended for my friends ceremony was magnificient. Richmond was easy to walk around on foot, full of little stores and places to eat. I used uber when I needed to with zero hassle. I personally loved the dog friendly areas and parks/ wide open spaces.

Customer service at the hotel was terrible Was built twice on my credit card for the same room. Tried to discuss the problem with the manager of the hotel, but he said he was too busy busy and transferred me to someone else. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in would not recommend it.

We were only there for a day and went to a couple of museums but there's so much to see. We needed more time to cover more places. The history of this city is incredible. We highly recommend a visit if you're any type of history lover.

The best part was the free charging stations for the electric vehicles. The breakfast was mediocre and the check in process was horrible. Also they charge your cc before you ever arrive and it was not the booking rate I saved on this website and they blame that on booking.com . Additionally they accept no forms of payment other than credit card no cash. This place and room were not worth the price nor the 150.00 incidentals hold that still has not been released and I’m 2 days out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I wish I had more time to do other things, but I got a lot done in the three days I was there. I went on a few city tours, and I can't say enough good things about the food. If you get a chance I would do a discover richmond food tour. It was great learning some of the history and enjoying food.
I stayed here for one night (Friday) and it was probably one of the best hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The young gentleman that checked us in Friday night was super help, professional and had great customer service.
You can tell when people are genuine and they care. This was him! I wish I remembered his name because he did a awesome job of getting the many guests checked in at a timely manner.
The beds were so comfortable and huge. The room and hotel certainly reflects their name.. Premier!
The room we booked was a Deluxe King Suite which we found to be spacious and very comfortable. We particularly liked the layout of the room. We had stayed here before, several years ago, and we weren't disappointed on this occasion. The breakfast was good and there was a, relatively, good selection. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which we found quite convenient
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a good location and was very historic andatmospheric. We thought the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Breakfast is available and we enjoyed it when we had it. There is a nice area to sit and relax.
Getting to the hotel safely and having a clean and decent room. I will not take anything away from the staff because they were very nice. It was at checkout time, that the one person flip the script with her attitude and unprofessionalism. I did let her know that she could benefit from more training on how to treat your customer/guest.
The place was super clean and very well appointed - we cooked dinner one night and found everything we needed in terms of cooking implements, dishes, etc. Bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and towels. Plenty of storage space for our personal stuff, too. The location is an easy drive from the major tourist attractions downtown.
I love the location of the Commonwealth! It's within walking distance of lots of great restaurants and sights on downtown Richmond. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, giving us lots of tips of places to go and history of the hotel. The room was very spacious and incredibly clean! I can't wait to stay here again!
Estelle at check in was fantastic, I hoped to add an extra night to my stay and although this wasn’t possible due to full occupancy she was very helpful and checked for me several times in the week.
Hotel has everything you need. Nice location. Rooms great. Plenty of parking. Close to amenities and lots of food options.
The location is the best when we visit Richmond! Easy to get around the area by car. The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in is so professional and welcoming. The rooms are a great size and it's always nice to have an extra little sink and mirror with the suite.
Such a beautiful inn! Much better than any photo could show! Our "room" was a suite. Huge living room and bedroom. So comfortable I hated to leave! This inn has gardens too. very nice! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Wouldn't even consider any other hotel in Richmond!
Staff very helpful with special requests, e.g., ensuring delivered flowers were in the room prior to check-in.
Clean comfy room. Great location on downtown Richmond- within a half mile or so of many theatres, Shockoe Bottom, Cary Street shops, & good restaurants.
Staff were accommodative and pleasant. They were extremely helpful in spite of being short handed. The rooms have real furniture, and the decor is suitable to a real hotel, unlike the glass and plastic dormitory hotels now prevalent.
This hotel is excellent, really nice. Everything is well done, the breakfast is amazing. The gym is small but adequate, indoor pool, rooms are very very nice, staff is great. It is IMO the best Hilton hotel in Richmond.
Ease of check in, easy to locate and access room, clean room
Great price compared to other similar hotels. Better choice than Quality inn don't bother go here instead.
I stay here every time I come to Richmond to stay. I have never been disappointed. It’s always clean and everyone is so nice. Check in is easy and the prices are great
