Very nice room with great view of the river. Sleep with the sound of the running river. The big deck upto the river. Great sitting area on the deck and the bar and restaurant area that serve great food. There ars also very nice camping area and pool. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. Well done.All facillities are 5 star and value for money. We did stay here for two days and will come back again.

As we arrived at Karoo Nights on 05 Jan, despite having a confirmation, we were advised that they didn't have accommodation because of overbooking. After some time, the manager found us a place to stay on nearby farm lodge. However, Karoo Nights then made us pay R1275 for the night saying that they would transfer the money to the farm. I just found out now that the money was not transferred at all. Trying to contact Karoo Nights was unsuccessful regarding this issue. This Is highly unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Please follow up on this and revert back to me regarding the outcome as I will not let this matter go. It's unacceptable practice!!!
