the host is wonderful, has many tipps what to do and where to go and is really interested in your well being the shower was really really hot at any time of the day if you wished and you could regulate it easily the house has got a large veranda with a long table and chairs facing a beautiful garden with lots of different flowers the internet is fast so that we could stream one of our favourite films the AC is very quiet and powerful so it doesn‘t bother you when you sleep. we really enjoyed our stay one tipp: google didn‘t lead us up to the road where the house is but stops on the main road, as it doesn’t seem to know the road leading to the house so check 5 mins before you arrive where to leave the main road as you can avoid having to do a u-turn 😉

A real gem! Everything what you need is there. The owners was friendly& helpfull. They offered us fresh fruit, sweets and water. The place is exactly what you can see in the photos. The room were very nice, and really cleaned, everytink seems new. You have a private parking and that very helpful. Very good place to chill out. We highly recommend if you are planning to visit Ksamil.

Absolutely amazing place with the most wonderful host! The family that rents out the villa lives on the first floor and is incredibly friendly and helpful. We fell in love with both the villa and the host! The villa itself is clean, well-equipped, and features a lovely private pool. The shower offers great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the internet works perfectly. Parking is convenient with space available in the courtyard in front of the house, and the added security of a lockable gate provides peace of mind. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets and the restaurant beach-strip.

I think it is a best accomodation in Ksamil - new, modern, big, luxurios and with the garden and privacy (no neighbours!). You can pay also with card, because check-in goes through reception of hotel siars. I think they should charge 2 times more big price for such level of accomodation. For example the appartments in the villa nearby cost same price per nite, but it is old and bad.
