Amazing service and that view from balcony, wonderfull. Mary is a great cook and prepared us delicious dinner and breakfast. Everything was fresh from her huge garden, even the herbs tea are served with cherries in honey. The accomodation is close to way to Agarac, so the best rest before hiking.

Very beautiful place and friendly host! Best price you can find! The house is very old, but it has its charm, and rooms are very big. The garden is simply stunning and it makes your stay. Importantly, they have fixed the shower and toilet, it's modern, clean hot water and washing machine. The bathroom is shared with the host and has a separate entrance from the outside (which did not bother us, actually). Location is perfect and easy to find with google maps, close to Yerevan, close to Aragats, and even has an interesting archeological site right nearby the village (don't miss it).

Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.
