First of all, the garden was absolutely beautiful with everything blooming and the big tree with the swing was fun! It provided welcome shade when arriving home on the bikes they provided! The bikes were so handy and carried us all over the caye. We were also quite impressed with the nice ice maker that we used along with the water they provided! We were glad for the excellent washer and dryer as well. Nice air conditioner and comfy bed gave us some good nights rest after a fun day of snorkeling. Most excellent of all was the help Roberto gave us when we forgot our rental car keys and were needing to board the water taxi. He took us there on his golf cart, and then brought us our missing keys as well!

Friendly welcome, helpful lovely staff, clean, quiet location but still close to everything, bike rentals for the whole of our stay, the Roadside Grill was just out front to the right and did the most amazing BBQ fish/chicken/curry's! We could drink the tap water too as it was filtered which was a huge plus and on top of all of that - we loved that the toilet seat was japanese style ;)

Everything. It was a really large place with a fully equipped kitchen included filtered water jugs in every villa. There was hardly anyone else there (off season), so we were able to relax by the pool or chill on the balcony completely undisturbed.

We loved staying here! The property was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Lovely veranda at the front of the property and pool at the back. Beds were really comfortable and could use a modern washing machine, blender, coffee machine Use of comfortable sunbeds on the jetty were great and a lovely breeze. Caye Caulker airport is on the next road to the property. Flights start to take off around 8am, and don't fly in the dark. This didn't bother us at all as the planes are small Cesna's. Walk into town was about 15 minutes with plenty of small restaurants and supermarkets along the way. Bikes can be hired but walking was no problem for us

The air conditioning and wifi both worked well. Luis recommended a trip up to Bliss Beach in the upper island and it was well worth the visit. Wonderful location, just a 10 minute walk on the beach path to town. Enjoyed sitting on the cottage lanai and looking at the water. Also enjoyed the seating on the dock extending far out into the ocean. Made good use of the provided beach bikes cruising around the island. Kari and the staff were excellent, accommodating and friendly. We can’t wait to come back.
