The owner was very kind and available, he advised us where to park in Oviedo and gave us restaurant recomendations. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was delicious (there are many choices to choose from). I recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The apartment is in an ideal central location. Many sights, shops and restaurants of attractive Oviedo are within walking distance. A supermarket is on the doorstep; cafés, bars and breakfast places can easily be found nearby. On-street parking in this part of the city would be difficult to find so that the parking space that comes with the apartment is an additional asset (good to know: the garage entrance is around the corner and the space is quite dark and two floors down). We did not move the car during our short stay, but there are many interesting destinations in the region that could be reached from this Oviedo base. The apartment itself is spacious, attractively furnished and fully equipped (ample kitchenware; washing machine, dishwasher; TV, WiFi; everyday essentials like tea/coffee, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper, washing up liquid etc.). It has two proper bathrooms and two bedrooms, making it equally suitable for a family or two couples. The flat is quite high up (with lift) and the bedrooms are quiet. Tip: If you use the washing machine, you find the washing line on the outside of one of the bedroom windows. The host (Tino) was very responsive, friendly and helpful with suggestions. His English is very good and communication was easy.

The enormous apartment entails picturesque terrace with the viewpoint of Covadonga street and heartwarming rooms with modern furniture, cozy beds and charming kitchen.
