It was joy to return from our local sightseeing trips each day.

The streets around the property are 500 years old, so a bit small, but other than that, everything else was amazing! The lay out of the property ensures privacy and the fall weather with wildlife could not be matched! I'd recommend to anyone heading out that way and I'd stay again!

The hosts are welcoming and accomodating. The cottage is very comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Had all we needed. The private terrace overlooked the field where we could watch the sheep and many birds. We would gladly stay here again if we come back to the area. Thank you Gabe and Dan.

The property is fantastically located in the heart of Glastonbury with all the amenities you could hope for a short walk away. The view across the Levels to the Polden Hills is full of interest. Saw plenty of birds and on the last morning we were visited by a Kingfisher perched on our garden wall looking for breakfast. The cottage has everything a couple needs for a self catering holiday and was spotlessly clean. Sian was most helpful and the recommendation of The Sheppey was spot on. It's typically Somerset not Witherspoons and the chef was innovative and extremely accomplished.

The hosts live next door and are very helpful and always available when you need them. The location is fantastic, at the bottom of"the Tor", only a few walking minutes to the cathedral ruins and to the city centre. Although the property itself has no freezer you can use a communal freezer which is located a few meters away in an extra building.
