It was comfortable relaxing lovely cottage very clean it was also nostalgic my husbands nan and grandad used to own the cottage and it was sold in 2011 they were the ones that found the bread oven which is in mablethorpes history book he was over the moon when he found their original note left in the oven

Clean, comfortable, had absolutely everything we needed whilst there. Lovely site, very quiet and friendly. Very close to the beach, which the dogs loved! Communication was great, as was key collection, very straight forward. Will definitely book again :)

Lovely place. Lovely and clean Lovely location. We loved Cedars Bar onsite, Claudia and Jimmy made us feel welcome and we ate their every night as the meals were amazing and prices very reasonable. I am hoping to book this same Chalet again sometime in the future.

Location was excellent for the beach and a short walk along the sea front to the town. Once parked outside the property no need to use the car( if mobility is good. ) Beds were comfortable and nice linen. Bathroom had a lovely deep bath and separate large shower. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need and more. Spacious open plan lounge in fact the whole house was spacious and airy. Toys and games available for younger visitors. The option of a streaming channel for films on TV. The washing machine in downstairs toilet I'm sure will be appreciated for families staying for a length of time. Alot of thought has been put into making the cottage a home from home with everything you need and a very well put together informative booklet on appliances, emergency numbers and lists of recommended places to eat was appreciated. Contact from booking was excellent between myself and owners until i put the key in the door.
