Everything in the property is to an extremely high standard and it is spotless everywhere. It is sunny and warm and It has a wonderful patio overlooking the garden and golf course at the end. Parking is right at the front door so no long hauls with luggage. On top of all that Michael provides extras over and above what is expected from milk to wine and crisps and from teas of various specialities to a coffee pod machine and biscuits. The cottage is beautiful , very cosy, and had all the facilities that you would need for a weekend away. The location is peaceful, but if you want restaurants , pubs, and shopping , Woodhall Spa is just over 5 minutes drive . The hosts , Brian and Fiona, are friendly and even offered to drop us off and pick us up from a restaurant we had booked for the following night. All in all, it was a perfect little weekend away. Absolutely fabulous. From the moment of booking, Emma contacted me straight away thanking me for booking, messaging me closer to the time too as well as the morning of instructing me how to get the keys. When we entered the lodge we were amazed! It truly is an amazing, well decorated modern lodge with everything you could ever need. The bedrooms are amazing, and the 2 bathrooms make it so much easier for a group. The kitchen has everything you need including bin bags, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, foil, etc. Fridge/Freezer is huge! Plenty of space to chill, with the hot tub being an amazing touch to relax in. The decking is perfect, with the BBQ and table&chairs to enjoy the surrounding views. All TV’s are smart (amazing!!!) and google home to make it feel like you’re completely accommodated for. We had our food shopping delivered, making it the easiest and best experience we’ve had. The site is also amazing, with amazing staff on reception and outstanding views. It’s so calm and lovely I really do recommend if you’re thinking of booking ! Thanks so much Emma !
