Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive, and the availability of a parking place was a bonus. Would definitely consider returning in the future.

The local flavors and engaging conversations made the experience all the more memorable. It's clear that the owner takes great pride in ensuring every guest has a truly exceptional stay. In sum, our time at this villa was nothing short of magical. We departed with hearts full of gratitude and a desire to return as soon as possible. If you're seeking a luxurious, well-maintained, and perfectly located retreat, look no further. This villa checks all the boxes, and then some.

The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

The villa is amazing. It is decorated in a very nice style and very clean. Everything you need is available. The owners are so kind, they make sure that you have everything you need. You can also ask them for nice tips and activities!

United Kingdom
The location is very secluded - it's the best thing and worst thing about the property. Best in that you can really kick back and get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. Worst in that the 10 min dirt track ride to and fro gets to be a bit of a drag and hard on your vehicle (though we managed with a Renault Clio, so you don't need a 4x4, but it might be better). The pool is lovely, again great in some ways -for adults but not that there is no shallow end so no suitable for small kids/small non-swimmers, but most adults would be at least in depth throughout. But it is a decent size and we used it heavily. The spec of the villa is high and it is very comfortable. We had a few issues with power cuts during the stay but they were dealt with very efficiently by the owners.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Perfect location, close to main road, but far enough to not hear traffic noise, you can travel easily to Rodos or Lindos within 20 minutes, and other beautiful beaches just 5 minutes way. The owners are the friendliest people that you will ever meet, and they have nice tips of which places to visit whilst on the island.

The amplasament of the property and the design of the garden and the Villa was very nice and we realy feel like in vacation.
