A gorgeous contemporary style house, immaculate and super clean. Beautiful terrace for breakfast and a lovely little courtyard entrance too. We loved the location, a few minutes walk to the harbour and sea front and also down to the Main Street, shops and cafes etc. It was also very quiet and we slept so well. Kefi House was also close to a lovely local friendly taverna, just around the corner (and a pizzeria which we didn’t try). We would definitely return.

Nice location directly in the city center; therefore you can reach most facilities within a five to ten minute walk. Although I was a solo traveler, this property comfortably accommodates 2-4 people. There is a kitchen of good size and the owner also kindly provided a bottle of water. It was about a 30-40 minute from the airport which I would recommend taking if you’re not traveling with a hell lot of luggage, as you pass by the famous end of the airport’s runaway and the scenic port.

The apartment is very large and has all the necessary appliances and amenities. The rooms are large enough as well as the living room. Next to the house there is a supermarket and a great tavern. The host was waiting for us at the agreed time and checked us in immediately. There is parking space in the garden as well as outside on the street. The owners are very nice and helpful. The house is 5 min from the beach in Troulos. Unfortunately during our stay storm Daniel passed through and caused damage to some areas of Greece. We were lucky to have stayed in this safe location. We always had contact with the owners and they helped us so our return was successful and safe. Thank you very much! We would certainly stay in the same place again.

Very nice little cottage in the hills above Skiathos town. Nicely decorated with every amenity you would need for a comfortable, more rustic stay. A steep climb until the house so it's better if you have a car (parking included). A more closer-to-nature stay close to hiking trails and the wonderful Evagelistria monastery.

An amazing villa in a fabulous position. Even better than the photos. Close to some really super bars and restaurants. Christos was there to meet us even though it was late and our flight was delayed.

The charming housekeeper cleaned the room daily and regularly changed the towels and bedding. Location is right next to the shopping area as are restaurants, a bakery., a large supermarket up the street and the port 5 minutes away. Perfect location.

Cottage was cleaned every day, the pool area was immaculate and nicest we have come across. Stunning views, and the hosts met us and took us back to the airport at the beginning and end of our stay. They also provide lifts several times of the day and evening for those wanting to go in to the port - although it was only a 15 minute walk anyway.
