The whole house is yours and it’s unbelievable!! See the pics. Staff welcomed us and walked us through the whole house. It’s 5 minutes from Entrance 2 of Plitvice National Park and there are amazing restaurants within 15 minutes and a grocery store 3 minutes away if you want to cook instead (yes, there’s a full kitchen in the home). There is nowhere else I’d stay if visiting Plitvice!

A recently renovated holiday home set in Plitvička Jezera, Cozy House Zivko with Balcony features a garden. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.

Owner has an eye for the details, there are adapters for different outlets if you are not from europe countries, the house is very "welcomey" with all essentials that you might need, from salt, oil and coffee to some card games and Bluetooth speaker in the sealing light. The view is beautiful and bed very comfortable for my taste. Rustical design little house with handy gadgets.

Beautiful house in the middle of nature. Sometimes you could spot wildlife in the backyard. The owner is very kind and helpful and the house is very comfortable.

I have read some of the reviews and I cannot understand why people expect some 5* hotel features in a secluded mountain cabin in the middle of nowhere. Of course, the facilities are basic, so if you want a hotel resort level, book a hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The cozy warm Christmas feeling it gave us for those wonderful 2 days was a fairy tale. A big big plus for all the wonderful xmas details and a big plus for being dog friendly. The private waterfall, the fireplace and the outside grill are just awesome.

    Les indicacions per arribar i que ens estaven esperant a l' arribada. La noia que ens va donar les claus molt simpàtica. Ens va explicar tot sobre la casa, els voltants i el parc de Plitvice Lakes. L' apartament és gran, i tot i que sense pretensions, és confortable. Ens van deixar dos licors "casolans" de benvinguda. Ens va anar molt bé per passar la nit i l' endemà al matí començar la nostra excursió al parc, en 15min-20min arribes a l' entrada 2.
