GREAT STAY, short but sweet! We were lookimg to prolong our stay on Brac island but the unit we stayed was booked so we found last minute offer for this amazing house. The house is as it is advertised: newly built, with all accessories. Very peacefull area with lots of sun, just 5 minutes away from town center and sea. A big plus are hosts that offered and delivered extra services like speedboat transfer frlm Milna to airport. I can not simply recommend it enough! Just great!

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming <3 We were provided fresh fruits, delicious snacks, and high-quality coffee when we arrived. The house itself was stunningly beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, resulting in a functional and inviting space. The layout of the villa easily accommodated two families, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area was so beautiful, we made the most of the pool, enjoying every moment! The villa was conveniently surrounded by stunning hiking trails offering breathtaking views. There were several charming restaurants and a few shops nearby as well. While it's totally doable without a car, renting one allowed us to explore the island and visiting Bol, and make the most of our trip. A huge thank you for an unforgettable week! See you next time!

The outside space was absolute amazing. The he weather was perfect and we spent every moment by the pool, reading in the egg chairs, relaxing and enjoying wine at the outside eating area. Everything was spotless and so well kept. Cannot wait to revisit.

We loved our stay at Villa Karmelota: it’s secluded, very calm, no noise apart the waves and the cicadas. The hosts are very nice and helped us with everything. The house has all you might need: from kitchen utensils to hair dryer. The bay has clear waters and even if the access is a bit tricky (I wouldn’t go there with little kids), we loved every moment and every inch of it. Bonito restaurant is 10’ by foot and is worth a visit.

What is there not to like about this property? Perfectly secluded and has everything you need for complete rest and relaxation. There is a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bed and comfortable living room. You have a dining area outside as well as a BBQ area for grilling food. And not forgetting the pool and a really nice landscaped area. Also, there are a couple of local cats that we looked after and they were entertaining in their own right. Lastly, the property owner, Stipe, is next door and available when you need him for anything - it's like meeting a new best-friend when you get to know him (and his lovely family too).

It's extremely well appointed with lots of equipment. We particularly appreciated the welcome pack of groceries and the amazing cookies Marica gave us! It was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable - we slept brilliantly well. The sun terrace was fantastic and the neighbours were really friendly and charming.

I rested with my 2 adult children 23 and 18 years old. The 2-stors apartments are very cozy, clean and comfortable. The apartments have everything for a comfortable life. There was water and juice in the fridge for our arrival, and on the table there was a pleasant surprise from the owners - a bottle of red wine. Very close to the beach and the city. Recommend for family vacation
