What a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Bu Ninik and her son went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their photos are true to what we expected. The house is clean and neat, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped. We got complimentary extra pillows and blankets. There are ACs in the bedroom above, but the weather is cool and lovely anyway ... The kitchen is tiny but very well stocked. There are some cooking ingredients plus oils and spices, drinks, and extra gallon of drinking water to enjoy. There's also a washing machine but didn't try it. But the soaps and all are available. The seating areas are cozy, the balconies are also nice. The outside area is also good to seat down, and the kids can run around outside without fearing for their safety. The bakso vendor nearby also sells good bakso 🙂 We are a big family and we'd probably will come back if we ever visit Batu again.

The property was super big and clean. The owner and the housekeeper took care of me since i completed the booking. She recommends some activities using the facilities available such as barbecue night. It really has everything we need. Full set kitchen, clean bathroom with basic amenities, and bedroom with many many extra bed. Fit for family with 15 members traveling. The interior was great (i guess it's a new building), nice furnishings, there's even sofabed for afternoon hangout. The downstairs room was suitable for a family member who's using a wheelchair. And the most important thing was: not spooky at all 😆 In terms of accessibility, it's only 8 minutes from alun2 batu, close with many tourist attractions, restaurants and recreation parks. Perfect. We will definitely come back.

Breakfast was adequate. When the F&B manager knew that one of our family members had her birthday, they gave surprises by singing and providing free birthday cake. Nice touch indeed.

The new room looked better maintained and had clean sheets and floors. The aircon however, didn't feel cold enough but that was fine and we were able to over look it. The bed sheets felt a little sticky though, and had a weird smell to it. But overall, it was a much more pleasant experience as compared to the cottage we booked.TanYoung couple

We love the Japanese garden and its beautiful design lobby. I often feel chilly everytime I step in the lobby, really like this kind of feeling. The place was clean, the bed is clean & comfortable. The restorant is good, it has a japanese atmosphere, around the restorant, they build a tori gate, sakura tree, and zen garden. It quite a long 200 meters walk to the restorant, but they offers an option to serve the breakfast delivered to the cottage. We ordered ramen, tori don, the taste was good. The bathroom was clean. The internet was fast.
