The lodge was right beside a big farm. Veronica warmly welcomed us and showed us around when we arrived, and the place was already heated up warmly upon our arrival. Although it's beside a farm, there's no odour and the Lodge is very clean, new and modern. It's well equipped with oven, microwave, cooking utensils, dishwasher and Netflix. There were even fresh flowers on the counter, which was lovely touch. We walked around the farm to see alcapas, race horses, cattles and two friendly dogs. This place is suitable for couples and family. Kinsale town is a short 10mins drive. Very highly recommend this place. We enjoyed it thoroughly, wish we could have stayed longer.

Our hosts were amazing. My daughter broke her foot two days before our flight to Ireland. They helped us source a wheel chair which made Blarney Castle and dinner in Kinsale enjoyable. We are soooo grateful for their kindness, help, and hospitality. It is a clean, new townhome with very comfortable bedrooms and a kitchen.

Loved the location, everything is convenient to walk to and the place is beautifully done, it has a great kitchen with every appliance one might need. And a bonus of an outside terrace. Fiona was very helpful and left us a wonderful collection of treats!

Everything! This beautiful 500 year old home was delightful and impeccably kept. Our host was certain to make sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. It was clean and roomy, plenty of linens, dishes, and appliances from blow dryer to electric kettle. I highly recommend this perfect home in Kinsale

Liam and Mary have a great place and it is in a perfect location. I knew from arriving and opening the garden gate that we were going to feel at home. The house was ideal size, clean, cozy and right in the middle and heart of Kinsale. We will surely be back soon and I hope to book a longer stay next time.
