Antenollo was the perfect host and responded to my texts really quickly. He was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know at the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and in the perfect position to explore the Costa Smerelda. Its very spacious and has two large shower rooms. Always lots of hot water and everything you would need, and a large patio. He also left us some great toiletries. There is a great restaurant at one end of the road and a takeaway chicken and pizza at the other end. A Spar shop two minutes away and only ten minutes walk fron the marina and town where you can find great restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops. The best bit was a beautiful beach approximately 10 minutes walk from the apartment

This house is incredible, situated up on a hill with a gorgeous outdoor space and garden, outdoor shower, a shared pool, 2 large beds and lots of style. Our only regret was spending so much time elsewhere to just enjoy it. It’s a little pricey but book at extra night to just grill some food here and sit on the swing.

Very nice, modern and complete vacation house. Owners Lucia and Pietro are very friendly and give good advice about things to do. They are very easy going and we felt welcome. Explanation about equipment and rules are written in several languages and very easy and clear. It’s a very clean and spacious house which is well equiped. The location is good. You’ll need a car, but then you’re in 5 minutes in Palau and in 15 minutes at the Beach. We recommend Gli Ulivi Palau!

Would be happy to be back one day 🙏

The garden and pool are very nice, too, and very friendly people working there. And it's situated very close to a nice beach, the harbour, a little supermarket and the centre of Palau. I enjoyed it very much there and can absolutely recommend Green Village, a nice, cosy and friendly place..

Both Antonio and Marinella were lovely and welcoming, they recommended local restaurants and places of interest. Property's location is excellent, very cosy and with very nice view. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend them to anyone wishing to travel to Palau.
