We were welcome and they made us feel special. we didn't know about credit card deposits but they allowed us to check In without it. we booked romantic dinner, and it was Fantastic, the following day we asked Chef to prepare Indian curry and they Excelled, all our needs were met and they even went extra mile to prepare Lampshank to compensate for some of our unhappiness, we felt so special, croissants during breakfast were the best.

The dinner was really delicious, have to say that this was the best part of our stay, the evening staff also really friendly and professional. Access to the Heritage resorts was a huge plus, as we could use all their pools, bars and beach, etc. IMO this makes Kaz’alala a great “budget” resort stay. All the staff members were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. Bel Ombré itself is very peaceful and beautiful, a lovely place to stay - but don’t expect many amenities or shops nearby (unless you have a car).

Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to relax but also very close to many of the south's main activities. Having access to the Heritage hotels is a big bonus too.

There is a spacious and cosy layout of a few small houses in a large garden. A cosy restaurant. And you can use the facilities of the Heritage group, such as the C Beach Resort. Also a great location from where to explore the mountain nature parks, and do activities in the South. Excellent value for money.
