1st of all a big congrats to Joyce and Sophie for presenting such a pristine property. Check-ups to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. Fantastic huge, very clean and secure property Plenty of secure parking. 3 huge double bedrooms. 1bedroom downstairs having direct access to garden via sliding patio doors, with large ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 ensuite and 1 with seperate bathroom. All bathrooms have walk in shower. Also, separate toilet on groundfloor. Large bright kitchen area with full kitchen facilities (just bring your own food) Laundry room with full facilities. Excellent outdoor dining area with gas BBQ. We spent many good evenings dining and drinking here. Huge garden with large clean swimming pool and also with direct access to lagoon. Local shop (Basing Hill stores) with most essentials 5 mins walk. Small village 20 mins walk with good supermarket and choice of snackbars and restuarants. Good local hire facilities for mopeds and cars. (Basing Hill stores) Just make sure you pre order with 24/36 hours notice. Friendly and helpful staff.

Swimming pool and terrace was great to relax by and eat. Twice a week a pool cleaner comes to make sure it is kept clean. The owner is really helpful and responsive to emails and checks, if all is going well.
