The location was phenomenal. Just a few minutes’ drive from the town center and close to the Kepler Track. Helen was so incredibly kind and friendly, and we beyond enjoyed the beauty of the chalet and animals around us. We wished we could have stayed a few more days!

We got to pet Rocky (the Horse) and feed Lindsay (the Alpaca). Hot tub under million stars was very dreamy and romantic. We got to see 5 shooting stars. We stayed in the large log cabin - a short walk from the main lodge and hot tubs, with the advantage of absolute privacy. The food and drink was world class - from the cocktails and canapés before dinner, to the main course and desert. A different imaginative menu daily - we ate in every evening! But it was the staff that made the whole experience particularly special - kind, thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this lovely lodge.
