The owner is so hospitable and helpful. The views are just breathtaking. The sunrise is amazing with the sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. It was very clean when we checked in. The pool is a few meters away with a view of the water and beach - it’s a stoney beach but softer sand can be found if you keep walking along the coast. Overall, a hidden gem in a beautiful small town.

Very cute and comfortable place. An ideal place for a longer stay. It's just a pity that we could stay there for a very short time. It is advisable to bring your own foodstuff, as there are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.

This was a highlight accomodation during our recent trip to Oman! From the very beginning the contact with the property owner, Ahmed, remained on a perfect level. He was exceptionally helpful and provided us with a detailed information how to get there. And during our stay he was making sure on a regular basis that everything goes well and we're satisfied with our stay.. Each morning a delicious Omani breakfast was delivered straight to our door. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, perfectly clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. A nice, large pool is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the property. It's a highly recommended choice for those seeking for accomodation on the seaside but in a more intimate location than one offered by large hotels that belong to some international hotel chains.
