The apartment was fantastic, comfortably furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchen and terrace with an amazing view of the valley below. It was fun to stay in this medieval village and explore it in the quieter evening hours. The owner is very friendly and met us when we arrived to give us the keys and a tour of the apartment.

Perfect location, hosts wonderful, accommodation great. Monsaraz is a small and very old hilltop town with cobblestone paths everywhere, everyone was so friendly, and our 3 nights there couldn't have been better. Thank you also for the getting the kettle just for us, we really appreciated it.

Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The host, Carlos, was extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with lots of information and lots of insights into the area. Breakfast was delicious and included a variety of home made jams, pastries and cakes. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I especially loved the beds as we often find that sleeping in Portugal isn’t the best experience as the beds are generally a lot harder than what we are used to at home - these were super comfy! Great location to explore the local area by car, then come home, dump the car and eat in lovely, friendly restaurants within very easy walking distance. We loved it!!!
