Beautiful villa. Friendly and flexible hosts. A lonely and quiet place. 10 minutes by car to the center of San Marino. Spacious living room and kitchen. Excellent equipment. 3 rooms are on the 1st floor - with only 1 bathroom for 3 rooms. 1 room + bathroom is on the ground floor. The 5th room is on the in the former garage (-1st floor) - dark, with less ventilation and no bathroom.

It is an absolute diamond when looking for a stay around San Marino. It is the house with lots of subtle touches by the hands of its hosts. The house which is living its own story, but kindly and warmly welcoming its guests as well. The story about the hidden wall that once saved lives for the persecuted family, a little gallery of paintings in the entrance by famous Nicoletta Ceccoli who was the classmate of the host, dreamy and mysterious wishes of the aunt Fulria in some other room... Just to mention a few. These are the details which makes you stay memorable and unique. Sure, if you like get more in depth about the places where you go and stay. With excellent preserved interior details from the passed times the house organically integrates the design ideas of nowadays opportunities which makes the whole picture special in immersive. And the most important - from the beginning till the end of your stay you always feel support and help from the host Cinzia, who prepared extensive information sources to start getting visiting the surroundings right away.

Perfectly situated in the heart of the historic center, close to easy-to-find parking, with a warm welcome. The house is exceptionally clean and tranquil, boasting comfortable bedding and a terrace with a splendid view. All of these factors made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Additionally, I would like to commend the staff for their attentive service and the overall ambiance of the place, which added to the charm of my experience. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a delightful stay in this beautiful area.

We were 3 families who stayed for 7 days. The house was big. enough The property is large, with a big garden. A place for barbecue. Lorenzo was nice and helpful. He provided some extra things for us.

Besides a good reviews you already read from other people here, it’s an amazing and serene place to visit. Switch of your phone and all other digital equipment, walk to the top of the hill and sit on the bench. Instant de-stress. Most of all, the owner Cinzia and familie are even more amazing! We will be back for sure. Rating only goes to 10, otherwise it would be much higher

We loved how relaxing our stay was. The rooms are nice and comfortable and the host is generous and kind. It’s a wonderful spot to rest in the country but still close by to San Marino and other nice destinations. We highly recommend this place.
