The house was spotless clean and very tidy and had all what you need for in order to enjoy your stay. They even had drinks in the fridge for free. Also, the owner was kind enough to let us stay and do a late check-out. I would defiantly recommend it.

Everything was great! Beautiful cottage on the river, comfy bed. Good breakfast. The host Roger and Sao are very friendly and helpful. Gave us helpful tourist information on lovely places to visit in Surat Thani and good restaurants in the area. Lots to see, viewpoints, coconut farm, floating market, night market...I loved the night market here, very clean and lots good food at very cheap price. We stayed 3 nights at Bansrai Cottage, enjoyed every moment here, feeling the stay was too short!! We’ll definitely be back.

The landlord communicated with us quickly via Booking.com messages all the time, we received clear instructions how to get the key for the appartment and we had some refreshments ready upon our arrival late in the evening. The landlord also immediately fixed the issue we encountered at our arrival.
