Located 550 metres from the Central Black Sea Beach in Sozopol, Villa Rosi features a large lush garden with a fountain and seating area. Free WiFi is also available. Great location to discover Sozopol old town and central beach in the morning and by night- walk just 7-10min., just bear in mind it's up the hill:) Family run place with a great atmosphere, very cozy and clean, lots of space in apartment, beautiful siting area in the small garden. Wonderful owners, extremly helpful, offered us a lift from the bus stop- many thanks!! A place to return:)

The property is located right in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and has quick access to the beach. Parking lot is also really close (around 5 minutes walking distance). The property fits 4 people. We appreciated the fact that the property had an iron + iron table. There was a fridge for each floor. The streets around the house are quiet over night. The host was very kind to us when we asked for a late check out (stayed at the property until 5PM, even though we were supposed to leave at 11AM). All around great experience, highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples.

It's a beautiful, spacious house at a fantastic location very close to the beach. It's a home away from home, the hosts think of everything! They are very kind and caring people. I would rate both the house and hosts as 5 *. Also love the tranquil location & quirky beach bars nearby. I would highly recommend Happy U house. We hope to return again.
