Located 550 metres from the Central Black Sea Beach in Sozopol, Villa Rosi features a large lush garden with a fountain and seating area. Free WiFi is also available. The host made sure that our stay left nothing to be desired. Our satisfaction was paramount for him and he really did go out of his way to show that providing us with beach towels, laundry ,chesset, cable internet and even going so far as to order a new bigger television because we had a playstation with us. Unmatched and unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.

The property is located right in the middle of old town, close to restaurants and has quick access to the beach. Parking lot is also really close (around 5 minutes walking distance). The property fits 4 people. We appreciated the fact that the property had an iron + iron table. There was a fridge for each floor. The streets around the house are quiet over night. The host was very kind to us when we asked for a late check out (stayed at the property until 5PM, even though we were supposed to leave at 11AM). All around great experience, highly recommend for a family with kids or 2 couples.

It was very clean, and the host was really helpful. However, the pool and the area surrounding transformed the backyard into a private beach, so we spend most of the time during the day there. The back porch was also very comfortable, and the view is gorgeous, so we would often dine at the property. The GYM is very well maintained and I was able to keep up with my training regiment on the vacation. The size of the house was more than enough to accommodate our group without us even feeling each other's presence during the night. We had a great time, and will definitely return again!

Everything we needed for our stay was available.
