I liked everything about this hotel. Its location was superb for the national park. It was quiet and peaceful. My room was just perfect...clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff at the hotel were excellent all the time. Lucas helped with EVERYTHING...booked tickets, taxis, sorted plans, made suggestions, it was just absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough to recommend this place. Breakfast was great in the mornings and I loved every meal I had there. One night I stayed up talking with Lucas Into the early hours. It really made my trip to this area. The staff even arranged and booked my bungy jump for me. This place deserves a full 10/10 review

Karol is excellent, from arrival to the departure, she was responsible for taking care of everything, organized the transfer of arrival and departure and helps with many tips.
