Celine, the owner thought of everything from hairdryer to iron, to every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom downstairs is spacious with a very good shower. There is a sofa and a dining table, which was comfortable with the air conditioning on as it was very. The baker comes by in a van in the morning and there is a terrace with good seating. We were even invited to try Flammekuchen, a specialty of Alsace.

Gîte aux Deux Chênes is located in Diebolsheim and offers a garden and a tennis court. The accommodation is 5 km from Rust, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. The house is soooo cozy! Everything was build with a love for detail. You walk in and it feels homey immediately. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, bed sheets and towels are also provided. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly. The area is quite, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The property has quiet street views and is 16 km from Mulhouse Train Station and 19 km from Parc Expo Mulhouse. Outdoor dining is also possible at the chalet. Brilliant location, nice and rural. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and plenty to eat.

We travelled with our 3 young kids and stayed the week. They aboslutely love hanging out with the animals (goats, chickens, horses etc) with the owners and sitting on the grass terrace (south facing with sun all day) for meals and playing sport. We enjoyed hanging out and doing some small trips to the city.

A microwave, a fridge and oven are also provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. We adore this Gite. The location is stunning - right in the old town of La Petite-Pierre (which is gorgeous). The rooms are well decorated and the beds are super comfy. We've stayed three times now (we use it as an overnight stop when visiting family in France) and we usually take a triple room as this is a suitable size for two adults and a baby. The owners are really helpful and kind and, in our experience, are quick to respond to messages and offer support when things go wrong (we had a mix-up with our Booking.com booking one time and Estelle very quickly helped us resolve everything). The breakfast is humble but delicious. What we love most about the property is the communal shared kitchen and dining area. It is perfect for us as a family as it means we can easily feed both ourselves and the baby and not have to depend on restaurants for evening meals. Plus, we can put the baby to bed and return downstairs (with the baby monitor, of course!) to enjoy a glass of wine and some card games while she sleeps. Saves us having to go to bed at 7pm or tiptoe around the room so as not to wake her! In the summer months the Biergarten is a definite plus (the food is lovely and the staff are great). There is also a large play-area at the top of the old town (a minute's walk from the Gite) that is perfect for allowing little ones some space to play before/after a long day of driving. Family Dubois is really kind. The apartsment is big snd well orgsnized.
