The cabin is cosy and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and used it everyday during our stay. The hosts are extremely sweet and helpful, we got an early check in and they even arranged a cake for my partner’s birthday on request. The location is also good. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Loved the experience.
Lovely cottage. Family of two adults and two kids stayed in the winter in Feb, was lovely and warm and cosy. The hot tub was great. Living and kitchen area decorated beautifully and spacious, kitchen had everything needed. Bathroom lovely, Bluetooth mirror was a hit with the kids. Extras included were so thoughtful. Left items at cottage and owner returned to me - extremely kind. Second time for us staying at Fulshaw and we will be back.
the host was really nice and friendly. offered to get us food incase we were running late. we also really enjoyed the log burning hot tub and the cosy vibes of the whole cottage!!!
The cottage is idyllic, 20 minutes from Fort Augustas. It’s super cosy and comes with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We absolutely love the property and have booked to come back!
Keys were in the door when we arrived. Reception very helpful and gave us a great deal on a 3rd night stay (we missed our first night due to car trouble). Lodge was beautiful. Very warm and cosy and loved being right next to the bridge by the little waterfall. Hot tub was brill. Kept to temperature even when it was -2 out! Lovely breakfast in the morning too!
It was a charming little cottage with outstanding views in an isolated location, all of which I loved. The cottage was warm and cosy when I arrived which i greatly appreciated.
Location was perfect, close to St Andrew’s but just far enough to be in the countryside with beautiful views. The cabin was gorgeous, cosy, comfy and had all we needed. We felt very at home and will definitely be back. Our dogs loved it too. Hosts were great too - there if we needed them but left us to it 😊. St Andrew’s is a beautiful town to spend time in. All in all, a brilliant holiday.
Idyllic location. The cabin is set in stunning, historic grounds. We loved the space, privacy and huge redwood trees. The host, Jo, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The Hikki hot tub was a unique experience and we enjoyed “forest bathing” on both evenings of our stay at Punch Tree Lodge.
Charming decor reminiscent of fishing lodge, but with modern touches. The open fire fireplaces in reception added a cosy touch. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We did a tasting in the Quaich and it was fab - huge selection of whisky. The Copper Dog is lovely with the stone walls and antique decor, plus the food is tasty. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
