King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn slept in one of the bedchambers and walked through the ancient gardens at Thornbury Castle - A Relais & Chateaux Hotel, a Tudor castle near the Cotswolds and Welsh... The history, the staff, the location, the room, the gin, the bed, the bathroom, the pillows, the breakfast, the grounds, the church bells. This was our last night's accommodation in the UK after a month of travel. So lucky to spend our last night at Thornbury. A perfect 10!!!!!

Everything was amazing, close to shop, really quiet, super clean, fluffy towels, great kitchen. Super safe garden if you took kids, Netflix, WiFi, and everything else was brilliant. Shower gel was lush too.
